Tydon Bush Camp is located on the border of Sabi Sands game reserve, the camp offers limited tented style semi luxury chalets and game drives inside the Sabi Sands game reserve. This tranquil Tydon Bush Camp is situated within one of the best game viewing areas of the prestigious Sabi Sand Reserve. Set within the Greater Kruger National Park, our easily accessible, yet private bush camp will offer you a wonderful safari experience.
This completely private bush camp features an outdoor dining boma set around a campfire, for lantern-lit evenings under the stars. There is also a thatch-roofed dining lapa for serving meals indoors. The dining lapa is a combination of brick, canvas and thatch, and includes a comfortable lounge area
Guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful natural setting from the viewing deck, nestled in the indigenous vegetation at camp. At Tydon Bush camp in Sabi Sand Game Reserve we ensure that you enjoy a more tranquil and undisturbed safari experience, and only allow children over the age of 16 to stay at the camp.

The lodge itself is incredibly luxurious, rooms were very tidy, bed was comfortable and the front balcony with the pool is lovely touch. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was simply outstanding and consisted of a buffet breakfast and lunch, and lovely dinner out on the deck.
The lodge itself is situated within a private concession of Kruger National Park which is densely populated with animals. The guides know their way around like the back of their hands and we were fortunate enough to see all of the big 5 (and even wild dogs). The highlight had to be seeing a leopard drag an impala up a tree - a once in a lifetime experience which wouldn't have been possible without our fantastic guide, Connor

...moreI together with my other five friends we booked safari with Sally from African Travel Consultants, we spent three days on safari to the Masai Mara. Everything was well organized, the driver came to pick us on time and the whole safari was full of fun & excitement. We managed to see the big five and we were lucky to have a fantastic cook Joe ! We really enjoyed the meals. I highly recommend Sally from African Travel Consultants as it's the only company that was cost effective for a group of interns & students, Great service and very professional.
